* is a moiety connected to A; k is an integer of 3 or more: and n is an integer of 1 to 700, and a method for preparation thereof, which makes it possible to effectively prepare a polymer that achieves an excellent production yield while maintaining the intrinsic physical properties of poly(3-hydroxypropionic acid).-
