Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sensing device including a sensing channel terminal connected to a pixel through a sensing line, a first power terminal to which a displaying reference voltage is input, a second power terminal to which a sensing reference voltage different form the displaying reference voltage is input, a third power terminal to which a sampling reference voltage is input, a sampling capacitor having a first electrode to which the sampling reference voltage is applied, a sensing set-up switch connected between the second power terminal and the sensing channel terminal, a first sampling switch connected between the sensing channel terminal and a second electrode of the sampling capacitor, and a second sampling switch connected between the first power terminal and the second electrode of the sampling capacitor.

Abstract: A light emitting diode display apparatus includes: a substrate; a driving element region which is formed on the substrate and in which a plurality of driving elements are arranged in a matrix form; and an emitting element region in which a plurality of emitting elements are arranged in a matrix form, wherein the emitting element includes a first electrode which corresponds to each driving element and is electrically connected to each driving element, a second electrode corresponding to the first electrode, and an emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein an area of the emitting element region is greater than an area of the driving element region.
