Abstract: Disclosed are a flexible color filter substrate and a flexible light emitting display apparatus including the same, in which a black matrix pattern is prevented from being formed abnormally or lost. The flexible color filter substrate includes a buffer layer on a flexible substrate, a black matrix pattern on the buffer layer to define a plurality of pixel openings, and an intermediate layer between the black matrix pattern and the buffer layer.
