Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate having a display area including a plurality of sub pixels and a non-display area which encloses the display area, a thin film transistor on the substrate, a planarization layer on the thin film transistor, an anode which is disposed on the planarization layer and is disposed for each sub pixel, a bank layer which is disposed on the planarization layer and includes a first opening unit exposing at least a part of the anode and a second opening unit spaced apart from the first opening unit, a first spacer on the bank layer, and a second spacer which is continuously disposed on the anode and the bank layer so as to overlap with a part of an edge of the first opening unit, and the bank layer has a reverse tapered shape and the second spacer has a tapered shape.

The electroluminescence display device includes a flexible substrate, a first metal layer, an inorganic material layer, a recessed portion, a second metal layer, and an organic material layer. The inorganic material layer is stacked on the first metal layer. The second metal layer extends in parallel to the bending axis, covers the recessed portion, and is in contact with the first metal layer. Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, an organic light emitting display device includes an organic light emitting display panel including a plurality of sub pixels, a pattern buffer layer disposed on the organic light emitting display panel and patterned so as to overlap at least one sub pixel of the plurality of sub pixels, a color filter layer disposed on the pattern buffer layer and including a plurality of color filters corresponding to the plurality of sub pixels, and a black matrix disposed on the same plane as the pattern buffer layer and dividing the plurality of color filters. Accordingly, generation and spread of cracks when the display device is folded may be effectively suppressed. Therefore, the driveability of the display panel and the reliability of the organic light emitting display device may be improved.
