Abstract: A touch screen panel includes a substrate and a black matrix located on the substrate in a mesh pattern. On the black matrix are formed a first touch sense electrode and a second sense electrode. The first touch sense electrode extends in a first direction and the second touch sense electrode has a plurality of blocks extending in a second direction. An insulation layer with openings exposes portions of the blocks of the second touch sense electrode. A connection electrode connects the adjacent blocks of the second touch sense electrode via the openings in the insulation layer. The first touch sense electrode and the second touch sense electrode are covered by the pattern of the black matrix.
