Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a driving circuit, a sensing circuit, and a compensation circuit. The display panel includes a first pixel and a second pixel. The driving circuit provides a preset sensing voltage to the first pixel of the display panel, and provides a dummy voltage to the second pixel of the display panel. A first channel of a sensing circuit generates a first integrated voltage signal indicative of a magnitude of a first pixel current generated by the first pixel. A second channel of the sensing circuit generates a second integrated voltage signal indicative of a magnitude of a first dummy current generated by the second pixel. The compensation circuit determines a compensation amount from a difference between an output of the first and second channels of the sensing circuit, and compensates a display voltage of the first pixel by the compensation amount.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pixel sensing device and the organic light emitting display device including the same which reduce or minimize the influence of the panel noise and improve sensing accuracy and sensing reliability. The pixel sensing device includes a current integrator connected to a pixel through a sensing line of a display panel and integrating a pixel current flowing through the pixel to generate an integrator output voltage; a sample and hold unit sampling and holding the integrator output voltage; an analog to digital converter (ADC) converting the integrator output voltage output from the sample and hold unit into a digital signal; and a first capacitor serving to reduce or minimize a distortion degree of the integrator output voltage due to panel noise mixed to the pixel current.

Abstract: Discussed are a display panel and a display device having the same. The display panel includes a plurality of subpixels. A gate line, a data line, and a reference voltage line are further disposed on the display panel. A gate driving circuit supplies a scan signal to the gate line. A data driving circuit converts image data into a data voltage and supplies the data voltages to the data line. A timing controller controls the gate driving circuit and the data driving circuit and generates compensation data for the image data using a sensing voltage detected through the reference voltage line. The display panel includes a plurality of sensing transistors disposed around a corresponding subpixel among the plurality of subpixels to connect the data line and the reference voltage line.

The sensing circuit may comprise a plural sensing units including an integrator for integrating currents respectively flowing two adjacent sensing lines connected to inverting and non-inverting input terminals of a fully differential amplifier, a sampling unit for respectively sampling two integral outputs of the integrator and a scaler for regulating an operating range of outputs of the sampling unit, a differential amplifier for differentially amplifying one or more outputs of the scaler, and an ADC for converting an output of the differential amplifier into a digital sensing value.
