Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a display device and a server. More specifically, there can be provided a display device which includes a light receiving transistor and a light receiving layer positioned in an active region, and provides an optical signal receiver in the active region, so that there is no need to secure a separate space for the optical signal receiver and high-speed optical communication is possible.
