Abstract: A display device may improve an aperture ratio. The display device comprises a substrate provided with transmissive areas and a plurality of subpixels disposed between the transmissive areas, a driving transistor provided in each of the plurality of subpixels, an anode electrode provided in each of the plurality of subpixels and coupled with the driving transistor through an anode contact hole, a bank overlapped with at least a portion of the anode contact hole over the anode electrode, a light emitting layer provided over the anode electrode and the bank, and a cathode electrode provided over the light emitting layer. An end of at least one side of the anode electrode is exposed without being covered by the bank.

Abstract: An electroluminescence display having a repair structure is disclosed. The electroluminescence display comprises: a substrate, a buffer layer on the substrate, a repair element, and a pixel including a thin film transistor and a light emitting element. The thin film transistor includes a source electrode, a drain electrode, a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode, and a gate insulating layer between the gate electrode and the semiconductor layer. The light emitting element is connected to the drain electrode. The repair element includes a repair line and a repair electrode. The repair line is disposed between the substrate and the buffer layer, and includes a first metal layer on the substrate, and a second metal layer on the first metal layer. The repair electrode is on the buffer layer and the gate insulating layer that covers the repair line and the repair electrode overlaps the repair line.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescence display. An electroluminescence display according to the present disclosure comprises: a pixel disposed on a substrate; a low resistance line disposed as one side of the pixel; a passivation layer on the low resistance line covering whole of the substrate; a planarization layer on the passivation layer covering whole of the substrate; a cathode contact hole exposing some of the low resistance line; an anode electrode disposed on the planarization layer; an under-cut trench formed at the planarization layer disposed between the anode electrode and the cathode contact hole; a bank covering circumference area of the anode electrode; an emission layer on the bank, the anode electrode and the planarization layer and a cathode electrode on the emission layer, wherein the cathode electrode connects the low resistance line through the cathode contact hole.
