Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate having first and second pixel regions and a driving region between the first and second pixel regions; first electrodes disposed in the first and second pixel regions, respectively, on the substrate, the first electrodes being spaced apart from each other; a driving unit in the driving region; first and second organic layers on the first electrodes disposed in the first and second pixel regions, respectively, the first and second organic layer having a different thickness from each other; and a second electrode on the first and second organic layers.
