Abstract: A display device may include: a substrate; a plurality of subpixels each of which includes an emitting area and a non-emitting area; an overcoat layer disposed over the substrate, and having a concave part located between the emitting areas; a first electrode layer disposed on a periphery of the concave part; a metal pattern layer disposed to cover a sloped portion of the concave part; and a bank layer covering the concave part, and disposed on the metal pattern layer. It is possible to improve light extraction efficiency.
