Abstract: A display device and a method of assembling the display device are discussed. The display device includes a liquid crystal panel displaying an image, a backlight unit providing light to the liquid crystal panel, a cover bottom having the backlight unit mounted thereon, a rear cover accommodating the cover bottom, and a guide panel surrounding an edge of the liquid crystal panel and supporting the liquid crystal panel, wherein the cover bottom and the guide panel are integrated by an insert injection method so that an end of the cover bottom is inserted into the guide panel, and an outer surface of the guide panel is obliquely provided.
