Abstract: An electroluminescence display device having a through-hole in a display area is discussed. The electroluminescence display device can include a substrate, a through-hole, an inner dam, and a hole-trench. The substrate includes a display area where a plurality of pixels for displaying images are arranged, and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The through-hole is arranged inside the display area. The inner dam surrounds the through-hole. The hole-trench surrounds the inner dam, and is formed as the substrate is partially recessed as much as a certain thickness.

Abstract: An electroluminescence display device can include a substrate having a display area and a non-display area adjacent with the display area, where the display area includes a plurality of pixels for displaying images. The display device can further include a thin film transistor on the substrate, a light emitting diode electrically connected with the thin film transistor and including a pixel driving electrode, a light emitting layer and a common electrode. The display device can further include an encapsulation layer disposed on the light emitting diode, where the encapsulation layer can include a first inorganic layer, a second inorganic layer on the first inorganic layer, and an organic layer between the first inorganic layer and the second inorganic layer. The display device can further include a through-hole disposed in the display area and penetrating the substrate and the encapsulation layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device that includes a foreign matter compensation layer on an inorganic layer. A passivation layer and a second inorganic layer are in direct contact with each other at the edge of the substrate. Accordingly, the number of interfaces between the inorganic layers is decreased. Thus, even if the organic light emitting display device is bent, a moisture permeation path, which may be unexpectedly formed, can be minimized.

Abstract: A display device and a testing method thereof are disclosed, in which a defect caused by an overflow of an organic film constituting an encapsulation film can be detected. The display device comprises a substrate including a display area where pixels are arranged, and a pad area including a plurality of pads formed outside the display area; an encapsulation film covering the display area, including at least one inorganic film and at least one organic film; a dam arranged between the display area and the pad area; and a conductive testing line arranged between the dam and the pad area and not electrically connected with another conductive line or electrode arranged on the substrate.
