Abstract: Provided is a touch display device. Because a shielding electrode, which is disposed in a non-active area and electrically coupled between a common electrode and a common voltage supply line, is located between a touch routing line and a signal line, the effects of noise caused by the signal line on the touch routing line may be reduced. Further, an encapsulation portion located on the shielding electrode has a planarized structure. The resulting maintenance of a certain distance between the shielding electrode and the touch routing line may reduce noise caused by the signal line from indirectly affecting the touch routing line through the shielding electrode.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having an active area and a non-active area where the non-active area includes a first and second routing areas; a transistor over the active area; a device insulating layer over the transistor; a pixel electrode over the device insulating layer and electrically connected to a source or drain electrode of the transistor via a contact hole in the device insulating layer; an emitting layer over the pixel electrode; a common electrode over the emitting layer; an encapsulation layer over the common electrode in the active area and the first routing area, and having an inclined surface in the first routing area; one or more dams at a boundary between the first and second routing areas and having a height higher than those of surroundings; and a side edge touch electrode in at least one of the first and second routing areas.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate; a display area defined on the substrate and on which a plurality of pixels are disposed; a pad area defined on the substrate and on which a plurality of pads are disposed; a circuit area including a plurality of multiplexer circuits disposed between the display area and the pad area; a touch sensor part including a plurality of touch electrodes disposed at the display area; a plurality of touch electrode lines connecting the plurality of touch electrodes and the plurality of multiplexer circuits; and a touch wiring connecting the plurality of multiplexer circuits and the plurality of pads, wherein the plurality of multiplexer circuits selectively connects a touch electrode line among the plurality of touch electrode lines with the touch wiring.
