Abstract: Provided is a display device. The display device includes a substrate including a plurality of subpixels. The device includes a driving transistor in each of the plurality of subpixels. The device includes a passivation layer on the driving transistor. The device includes a planarization layer on the passivation layer. The device includes a contact hole in the passivation layer and the planarization layer to expose a source electrode of the driving transistor. The device includes a first anode on a top surface of the planarization layer and the contact hole. The device includes a first bank covering an edge of the first anode. The device includes a second bank on the first anode in the contact hole, in which a height of the second bank is equal to or smaller than a height of the planarization layer. Therefore, the degree of design freedom and the aperture ratio may be improved.

Abstract: A light emitting display apparatus includes a plurality of pixels each including a plurality of subpixels, a plurality of data lines respectively connected with the plurality of subpixels, and a plurality of reference lines in each of the plurality of pixels. A first subpixel group among the plurality of subpixels in each of the plurality of pixels is connected with a corresponding reference line, and a second subpixel group except the first subpixel group among the plurality of subpixels in each of the plurality of pixels is connected with a reference line connected with an adjacent different pixel.
