Abstract:
A touchscreen panel includes touch sensors on a base film and routing wires connected to the touch sensors, wherein the base film has a main area and a tail area protruding from the main area, the main area includes an active region where the touch sensors are placed and a bezel region located on the outside of the active region, and the routing wires pass through the bezel region and the active region, and connect terminals provided at one end of the tail area and the touch sensors.
Abstract:
A touch screen panel for a display device includes layers of polymer formed on both sides of a substrate for forming driving electrodes and sensing electrodes. The substrate may be made of materials such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Instead of bonding a window cover made of a heavy material, layers or polymer are formed on both sides of the substrate to afford rigidity to the touch screen panel. By removing the window cover, the weight and thickness of the touch screen panel can be reduced.
Abstract:
An OLED display device having a touch sensor is provided. The touch sensor includes a base layer; a plurality of first touch electrodes arranged in a first direction on a first surface of the base layer; a plurality of second touch electrodes arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction on a second surface of the base layer; a plurality of first routing wires connected to the first touch electrodes on the first surface of the base layer, respectively; a plurality of second routing wires separated from the plurality of first routing wires and formed on the first surface of the base layer; and a plurality of third routing wires connected to the second routing wires respectively via holes, and formed on the second surface of the base layer. The base layer is one of a barrier layer, an anti-scratch layer, and a circular polarization layer.
Abstract:
A touchscreen panel includes first and second electrode lines that cross each other with one of the first and second electrode lines being separated from the intersection of the first and second electrode lines, and the separated electrode line being connected to a bridge pattern via lower contact holes penetrating a first insulating film. The touchscreen panel includes a second insulating film covering the first insulating film; and a conductor rod pattern that is electrically connected to the separated electrode line via an upper contact hole penetrating the second insulating film and that overlaps the bridge pattern.
