Abstract: An electro-luminescent display device includes a data line disposed in a first direction on a substrate; a first insulating layer disposed on the data line; an active layer disposed on the first insulating layer; a gate line disposed above the first insulating layer in a second direction crossing the first direction to define a pixel region with the data line; a second insulating layer interposed between the first insulating layer and the gate line; a gate electrode disposed above the active layer and the second insulating layer interposed between the gate electrode and the active layer; a third insulating layer disposed on the gate electrode and the gate line; a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed on the third insulating layer and electrically connected to the active layer; a contact hole disposed between adjacent data lines of adjacent pixel regions and electrically connecting the source electrode and the data line, wherein the contact hole is formed by removing portions of the first insulating layer and the third insulating layer and has an area greater than a contact area between the source electrode and the data line; and a dummy pattern provided between the data lines of the adjacent pixel regions and including the active layer of a semiconductor layer and the first insulating layer.

Abstract: According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a gate driver and a method of repairing the same. The gate driver can include a plurality of driving stages cascade connected, at least one repairing stage disposed between the plurality of driving stages, and a plurality of repair lines connected to the at least one repair stage. The plurality of repair lines overlap with a plurality of lines connected to the plurality of driving stages. The repairing stage can replace a defective driving stage of the gate driver.
