Abstract: Disclosed is an electroluminescence display apparatus for protecting a light emitting layer and a thin film transistor from hydrogen and moisture. The electroluminescence display apparatus includes a substrate including an active area displaying an image and a dummy area adjacent to the active area, a bank disposed on the substrate to form an emission area in the active area and form a dummy emission area in the dummy area, a light emitting layer and a dummy light emitting layer respectively disposed in the emission area and the dummy emission area, and a sacrificial layer disposed under the dummy light emitting layer in the dummy emission area. Since the sacrificial layer including a material which is large in reactivity with hydrogen and moisture is disposed in the dummy emission area, hydrogen and moisture may be blocked or removed so as not to affect the light emitting layer and a thin film transistor.

Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate, a bank for defining an emission area on the substrate, an emission layer in the emission area defined by the bank, an electrode on the emission layer and the bank, and a conductive layer on the electrode, wherein the electrode includes a first portion having a relatively small thickness, and a second portion having a relatively large thickness, and the conductive layer is in contact with the first portion of the electrode, and wherein the conductive layer is provided on the electrode, and more particularly, the conductive layer is provided in such a way the conductive layer is in contact with the relatively-thin first portion of the electrode so that it is possible to prevent problems related with a burning phenomenon or wiring disconnection in the first portion of the electrode.

Abstract: A display panel includes a plurality of touch blocks matrix-arranged and corresponding to each of two or more adjacent pixel areas of the plurality of pixel areas, and first, second, third and fourth test signal lines through which first, second, third and fourth test signals are supplied by an auto probing unit. Accordingly, not only a defect in an image output function, but also a defect in a touch sensing function can be inspected prior to a modularization process by using the first, second, third and fourth test signals.
