    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area that allows one or more images to be displayed, and includes an optical area allowing light to be transmitted and a normal area located outside of the optical area; a first driving transistor on the substrate; a planarization layer disposed on the first driving transistor; a first anode electrode disposed in the optical area, located on the planarization layer, and electrically connected to the first driving transistor through a contact hole of the planarization layer; a bank located on the first anode electrode, and including a light emitting opening for exposing a portion of the first anode electrode; a first emission layer disposed in the optical area and contacting an upper surface of a portion of the first anode electrode exposed through the light emitting opening; a cathode electrode disposed in common in the optical area and the normal area, located on the first emission layer, and including a plurality of cathode holes in the optical area; and a plurality of metal patterning layers, each of which is disposed in a respective one of the plurality of cathode holes, and includes a non-metal material.
