Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes a first electrode; a hole auxiliary layer on the first electrode; a light emitting material layer on the hole auxiliary layer; and a second electrode on the light emitting material layer, wherein the second electrode includes a first metal and further includes a second metal or metal compound having a refractive index of 1.3 or more as a dopant.
