    Abstract: Provided are a touch sensor embedded display device and a method for driving the same. A method includes: sequentially, in the display period: performing a display scan of a first area of the display panel based on one display line; and applying data of an input image to the pixels of the first area; simultaneously performing: a touch scan of a first touch line of the display panel and a touch scan of a second touch line of the display panel in a touch period following the display period; and simultaneously sensing touch inputs of the touch sensors on the first and second touch lines in the touch period, wherein each of the first and second touch lines overlaps a plurality of display lines, and wherein a width of each of the first and second touch lines is greater than a width of each of the plurality of display lines.

    Abstract: A display device includes a deviation compensating circuit to receive a feedback touch driving signal from a sensor line connected to one of a plurality of touch sensor, receive a first feedback AC (alternating current) signal from a data line connected to one of a plurality of pixels, receive a second feedback AC signal from a gate line connected to the pixels, detect a phase deviation and an amplitude deviation between the feedback touch driving signal and the first and the second feedback AC signals, and generate a compensation touch driving signal, a first compensation AC signal, and a second compensation AC signal for compensating for the phase deviation and the amplitude deviation.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch sensing system and a method of controlling the same. An exemplary aspect of the present disclosure provides A touch sensing system comprising: a display panel having pixels connected to data lines and gate lines and a plurality of touch sensors connected to the pixels; a display driving circuit that writes data of an input image to the pixels in a plurality of display periods divided from 1 frame; a touch sensing part that senses touch input by driving the touch sensors during touch sensing periods within the 1 frame which are allocated between the display periods; a plurality of multiplexers that connect one of sensor lines connected to the plurality of touch sensors to the touch sensing part; and a touch sensor controller that performs full sensing to detect a multiplexer with a sensed touch input by supplying a driving signal to the touch sensors within the touch sensing periods, performs pre-sensing to determine whether or not a touch input is sensed in multiplexers adjacent to the multiplexer with a sensed touch input, and performs local sensing to scan the touch sensors connected to the multiplexer with a sensed touch input based on the pre-sensing result and to calculate the coordinates of the touch input.
