Abstract: A light-emitting display device and method of manufacturing the same are provided. A light-emitting display device includes: a first substrate, an insulating layer on the first substrate, the insulating layer including depressions and protrusions, a plurality of light-emitting diodes on the protrusions, the light-emitting diodes including: a pixel electrode layer, an emission layer, and a common electrode layer, and a black matrix layer in the depressions.
