Abstract: A vacuum insulation panel includes a panel assembly having a first panel having a transparent material, a second panel joined to the first panel, the second panel having a transparent material, a vacuum layer formed between the first panel and the second panel; and an exhaust hole located in one of the first panel or the second panel, the exhaust hole being configured to exhaust internal gas to form the vacuum layer. The panel assembly also includes a sealing cap configured to seal the exhaust hole, the sealing cap being made of a magnetic material. A method and an apparatus for manufacturing the vacuum insulation panel is also provided.
