Abstract: A method and device are provided for transmitting data in a wireless communication system. The device generates a scrambling sequence, scrambles the data with the scrambling sequence, maps the scrambled data to a radio resource, and transmits the mapped scrambled data. The scrambling sequence is generated based on 2N+1, where N denotes a cell identifier of a cell.
