Abstract: A mobile terminal according to one embodiment includes a display unit configured to output a setting screen for setting an enabled or disabled state of an application, and a controller configured to convert the state of the application from the enabled state into the disabled state to prohibit a user's access to the application based on a control command for disabling the application, the control command being received through the setting screen, and configured to control the display unit to output a pop-up window for changing the disabled state of the application, in response to selection of a function executable by the disabled application.
