Abstract: A vacuum adiabatic body includes a first plate, a second plate, and a seal for sealing the first plate and the second plate to provide a vacuum space. Optionally, the vacuum adiabatic body includes a supporter for maintaining the vacuum space. Optionally, the vacuum adiabatic body includes a heat transfer resistor for reducing heat transfer between the first plate and the second plate. Optionally, the vacuum adiabatic body includes a component coupler that is connected to at least one of the first and second plates and to which the component is coupled. Optionally, the vacuum adiabatic body includes a side plate extending in a height direction of the vacuum space. Thus, a vacuum adiabatic body for achieving an industrial purpose is provided.
