Abstract: An air inlet assembly for circulating air in a receiving space for receiving laundry, and a laundry treatment apparatus including the same are provided. An air inlet assembly according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a cover mounted on an air suction part, wherein the air suction part includes a through-hole formed in a portion thereof. The cover includes a base plate configured to cover the air suction part when viewed in a plan view, by forming a portion corresponding to the through-hole as an opened plate shape, an outer wall configured to continuously protrude along the periphery of the base plate, and a rib configured to protrude from an inner portion spaced apart from the outer wall so as to form a water discharge channel in a space between the outer wall and the rib, wherein the water discharge channel extends to the through-hole.
