Abstract: A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, by which a region desired to be shared with a watch type terminal can be guided. The present invention includes a touchscreen configured to output information, a wireless communication unit configured to communicate with a watch type terminal having a display, and a controller configured to control a display of an object on the touchscreen, in response to receiving a touch input at the touchscreen, transmitting, to the watch type terminal, control information, outputted at the displayed object or a request for the watch type terminal to transmit data corresponding to the information.
