Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic device, including a flexible display, a frame part configured to support the flexible display and comprise a first frame and a second frame disposed so as to be slidable with respect to the first frame, a driving part configured to change a shape of the flexible display based on a relative position between the first frame and the second frame, and a controller, wherein the controller performs a designated operation in response to reception of an input signal. Other example embodiments are possible.

Abstract: A mobile terminal including a wireless communication unit configured to wirelessly communicate with at least one other terminal, a touch screen, and a controller configured to display a first group of touch-available icons in response to a first touch-drag in a first direction on the touch screen, in response to a selection of a specific touch-available icon included in the first group of touch-available icons, execute a function corresponding to the specific touch-available icon, and display a second group of touch-available icons in response to a second touch-drag in a second direction on the touch screen, the second direction being substantially perpendicular to the first direction, wherein the second group of touch-available icons correspond to terminal setting relevant icons, and wherein the second group of touch-available icons disappear in response to a third touch-drag in a third direction opposite to the second direction.

Abstract: A terminal can include a touch screen, and a control unit to control at least one touch-available icon to appear on the touch screen in a first direction of a first touch-drag on the touch screen, in response to a touch input to one of the at least one touch-available icon, execute a specific function such that an execution image related to the executed specific function is displayed on the touch screen. Further, the control unit of the terminal can receive a message while the specific function is being executed, receive a second touch-drag in a second direction on the touch screen, and control a message window for the received message to appear on the touch screen.
