Abstract: According to an example embodiment of the present disclosure, an electronic device includes a motor, a flexible display disposed to be changed in a size to which the flexible display is exposed to one side in accordance with an operation of the motor, a processor configured to control the display and the motor, and the processor may identify event information associated with a change in a size of an exposed display, identify an operation pattern of the motor based on the event information, and change the size of the exposed display based on the identified operation pattern.
