Abstract: The present disclosure is for minimizing the problem of AED sensor malfunction, and comprises: a panel having a plurality of sensing elements for sensing an X-ray, and converting an X-ray into an electrical signal; an AED sensor for sensing an X-ray; and a main control unit for obtaining image data by reading out the charge of the panel when an X-ray is sensed by the AED sensor, wherein the main control unit may determine whether or not reading out is to be performed on the basis of the acceleration of the panel even when the AED sensor senses an X-ray.

Abstract: A radiation detector, which can reduce power consumption of a read-out module, comprises: a radiation detection unit which includes a plurality of pixels connected to a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines that intersect and arranged in a matrix form, and which store, in the plurality of pixels, charges generated in proportion to radiation dosage; a gate module for selecting at least one of the plurality of gate lines and controlling the selected gate line; the read-out module for selecting at least one of the plurality of data lines, and reading charges stored in at least one exposure detection pixel determined by the selected data line and the selected gate line; and an automatic exposure detection unit for determining whether the radiation detection unit is exposed to radiation by using a charge quantity read by the read-out module from the exposure detection pixel in every preset period.

Abstract: An X-ray imaging device and a control method thereof are provided. The X-ray imaging device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an X-ray generator including at least one X-ray source which radiates X-rays; an X-ray detector which detects X-rays radiated from the X-ray generator to generate multiple pieces of projection data; and a processor which controls the X-ray generator to be in one mode among a first mode in which the X-ray generator radiates X-rays for a first radiation time and a second mode in which the X-ray generator radiates X-rays for a second radiation time corresponding to half of the first radiation time, and generates a tomography image on the basis of the multiple pieces of projection data generated through the X-ray detector.
