Abstract: A thermal comfort-based air conditioning method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes, in a 5G network environment, estimation of a thermal comfort of a human body based on a thermal image by using an artificial neural network (ANN) that performs deep learning, and includes air conditioning control based on thermal comfort information. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, it is possible to prevent discomfort caused by heat or cold due to excessive or insufficient air conditioning control.
