The microwave oven having the hood includes a main body having a cooking chamber in which foods are cooked and a passage through which air containing contaminants flows, a hood casing disposed on a lower portion of the main body, a first hood taken out of the hood casing, a second hood tilted at a position different from that of the first hood, the second hood being taken out of the hood casing, and a tilting control device allowing or restricting tilting of the second hood due to a self-weight of the second hood.
