    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of performing operations for a User Equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. In particular, the method includes receiving information on a first time Alignment Timer (TAT) associated with a first Timing Advance Group (TAG) and a second TAT associated with a second TAG, wherein a first panel related to the first TAG and a second panel related to the second TAG belong to a same serving cell; receiving at least one downlink control information (DCI) for uplink transmission; and performing the uplink transmission based on the at least one DCI, wherein, based on the first TAT not being running and the second TAT being running, the uplink transmission is performed on both at least one of the first panel and the second panel.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting data through a logical channel by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises determining whether data for the logical channel exists or not; increasing a token value based on a prioritized Bit Rate (PBR) and a time elapsed since the data becomes available for the logical channel, when the data for the logical channel exists; and transmitting the data or a part of the data through the logical channel, when the token value is greater than 0, wherein when there is no data for the logical channel, the token value is not increased.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to handling a synchronization in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a configuration for a master cell group (MCG) and a configuration for a secondary cell group (SCG); applying a first timing alignment (TA) for one or more cells in the SCG and skipping a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring for the one or more cells in a first state while a TA timer is running, wherein the TA timer is started upon receiving a TA command including the first TA; performing a state switching to a second state from the first state at a time point determined based on information related to state switching time received from a network, wherein a PDCCH monitoring is performed for the one or more cells in the second state; transmitting, to the network, switching information informing the state switching; receiving, in the second state, a TA command including a second TA upon which the TA timer is restarted, after transmitting the switching information; and applying the second TA for the one or more cells while the restarted TA timer is running.
