Abstract: Proposed is a method for distinguishing a container body seated on a main body of a blender, and the blender. The blender according to the present disclosure has arranged at the lower part of the container body a light source module for transmitting a light signal, and has arranged at the upper part of the main body a light reception module for receiving the light signal such that, when the container body is seated on the main body, power is supplied to the light source module via inductive coupling of a first induction coil arranged on the main body and a second induction coil arranged on the container body, the light source module transmits the light signal corresponding to the container body, the light reception module receives the light signal, and the container body on the main body can thereby be distinguished.

Abstract: Proposed is a blender, in which a blender body operates when closure of the container lid on a container body is detected. In the blender, when the closure of the container lid is detected, power is transmitted from a first inductive coil of the blender body to a second inductive coil of the container body. A transmission module of the container body transmits a signal to a receiving module of the blender body by suing the power transmitted to the second inductive coil. When the signal is received by the receiving module, the blender body detects the closure of the container lid and is operated.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a loaded-object sensor and an induction heating device including the loaded-object sensor. The loaded-object sensor is concentrically provided in a central region of the working coil. The sensor may measure the temperature of the loaded object while discriminating a type of the loaded object placed on a corresponding position to the working coil.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an induction heating device and a method for controlling the same. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an induction heating device. A loaded-object sensor according to the present disclosure is arranged concentrically and centrally in the working coil. Thus, the sensing coil and the working coil are adjacent to each other. When a current for the heating operation is applied to the working coil, an induction voltage is generated in the sensing coil by magnetic force generated by the current applied to the working coil. According to the present disclosure, a limiting circuit is used to reduce the induction voltage generated in the sensing coil when the heating operation of the working coil is performed.
