摘要: A battery diagnosing technology capable of effectively diagnosing a state of a secondary battery using a charge and discharge signal extracted from the secondary battery, including memory to store a positive electrode reference profile and a negative electrode reference profile for charge or discharge of a reference battery, a voltage sensor to measure a voltage of a target battery during a charge or discharge process, and a processor to generate a plurality of charge and discharge measurement profiles based on voltages measured at a plurality of different time points, compare each of the generated charge and discharge measurement profiles with a simulation profile obtained from the positive and negative electrode reference profiles, and determine positive and negative electrode adjustment profiles for each of the generated charge and discharge measurement profiles so that an error between each charge and discharge measurement profile and the simulation profile is within a predetermined level.

摘要: An overvoltage characteristics evaluation apparatus for a battery includes a sensing unit to measure a current and a voltage of the battery, and a control unit to determine a measured capacity history and a measured voltage history of the battery during a discharge event executed subsequent to polarization-inducing pretreatment for the battery. The control unit determines a first measured voltage curve indicating a correlation between the measured capacity history and the measured voltage history, and a second measured voltage curve indicating a correlation between a depth of discharge history obtained by normalizing the measured capacity history to a total discharge capacity of the measured capacity history and the measured voltage history. The control unit determines a differential voltage curve by differentiating the measured voltage history. The control unit determines overvoltage characteristics information associated with the polarization-inducing pretreatment by comparing the differential voltage curve with a reference differential voltage curve.

摘要: An apparatus for diagnosing a degree of degradation of a battery includes a measuring unit configured to measure a voltage of each of a plurality of battery cells in each of a plurality of cycles where charging and discharging is performed and output voltage information about the plurality of measured voltages, and a control unit configured to receive the plurality of voltage information, calculate a voltage deviation of each cycle for each battery cell based on a reference voltage of each of the plurality of battery cells, select a cycle section satisfying a predetermined condition for each of the plurality of battery cells based on the calculated voltage deviation, calculate a voltage deviation change rate corresponding to each of the plurality of selected cycle sections, and diagnose a relative degree of degradation of the plurality of battery cells based on the plurality of calculated voltage deviation change rates.

摘要: An apparatus for diagnosing a state of a battery includes a profile obtaining unit configured to obtain a voltage profile of a battery for voltage and capacity of the battery, and a control unit configured to obtain a differential profile for the voltage and the capacity from the voltage profile, select a plurality of peaks included in a predetermined voltage section of the obtained differential profile, determine a first peak associated with a negative electrode and a second peak associated with a positive electrode among the plurality of selected peaks, compare the first peak and the second peak with a first reference peak and a second reference peak of a preset reference profile, respectively, and diagnose a state of the battery based on at least one of a efdifference between the first peak and the first reference peak or a efdifference between the second peak and the second reference peak.

摘要: A battery management apparatus is configured to diagnose a state of a battery cell based on a capacity-voltage differential profile. Specifically, the battery management apparatus diagnoses a state of the battery cell according to a change pattern of a peak associated with a positive electrode reaction area and a peak associated with an available lithium loss in the capacity-voltage differential profile. The state of the battery cell may be diagnosed in real time even while the battery cell is in operation. In addition, it is possible to independently diagnose whether the positive electrode reaction area of the battery cell is reduced and whether available lithium is lost.
