Abstract: A light route control member according to an embodiment comprises: a first substrate into which light is incident from an external area; a first electrode disposed on the top surface of the first substrate; a second substrate disposed above the first substrate; a second electrode disposed on the bottom surface of the second substrate; and a light conversion unit disposed between the second electrode and the second electrode, wherein the light conversion unit comprises partition wall units and receiving units which are alternately arranged, each of the receiving units has a light transmittance that changes according to the application of voltage, the refractive index of the partition wall units is larger than the refractive index of the external areas, and the difference between the refractive index of the partition wall units and the refractive index of the external areas is 0.3 or higher.
