Abstract:
A touch panel of the present disclosure includes a substrate divided into a view area and an unavailable area. Sensing electrodes are formed in the view area to sense a first input, and touch electrodes are formed in the view area not to be overlapped with the sensing electrodes to sense a second input. A first wire is formed in the unavailable area to connect first ends of the touch electrodes, and second wires are formed in the unavailable area and connected to the second ends of the touch electrodes. A controller is connected to the second wires to control the touch electrodes, in which the first wire may be connected to the plurality of touch electrodes, and the second wires may connect each of the plurality of touch electrodes to the controller.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch panel having pen touch and electrode touch functions. Specifically, the present invention relates to a touch panel, which can enhance visibility of a view area and simplify the process of manufacturing the touch panel by improving wiring of sensing patterns for pen touch and arranging overlap structures, which are created as the sensing patterns cross each other, in a separate area other than the view area.
Abstract:
A touch panel may have a pen touch and electrode touch function. More specifically, a touch panel may be capable of improving visibility of a view area and also simplifying a panel fabrication process by improving the wires of sensing patterns for a pen touch and disposing an overlap structure occurring between intersecting sensing patterns in a separate region other than a view area.
