Abstract: A rubbing apparatus having a turning buffer for fabricating a liquid crystal display device is disclosed in the present invention. The turning buffer includes a first support having a first mother substrate mounted thereon, a first turning unit rotating the first support, a second support having a second mother substrate mounted thereon, and a second turning unit rotating the first support, wherein the first and second turning units are separated from one another.
