Abstract: A ground anchor assembly is provided with a base plate to be supported upon an underlying support surface. A helix extends from one side of the base plate for installation into the underlying support surface. A stake extends through the base plate at least partially into the helix to strengthen the helix, and for installation into the underlying support surface. An adaptor plate is sized to be supported upon the base plate and to receive a post. An adaptor assembly is provided with an adaptor plate to be supported upon an underlying support surface. A collar is formed in the adaptor plate. A sleeve is installed in the collar and sized to receive a post.
