摘要： The invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified perfume cosmetic comprising less than 10% by mass of lower alkyl alcohol such as ethanol, a) at least 40% by mass of water, b) at least 6% by mass of a perfume concentrate, c) at least one hydrogenated lecithin, and d) at least one high gravity oil having a density at 20° C. that is at least 0.90 g/cm3.
