摘要： The United States Government has rights in this invention pursuant to Contract No. NNA10DF16B between the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Millennium Engineering and Integration LLC (MEI), under which SolAero Technologies Corp. is a sub-tier subcontractor to Northrop Grumman Corporation.
