Abstract: The embodiment of the disclosure provides a content transmission method and apparatus, a device and a storage medium. The method includes: in response to receiving a first request for content from a client, obtaining a plurality of pieces of content, wherein the first request comprises a user identifier; splitting the plurality of pieces of content into a plurality of groups of content; transmitting a first group of content in the plurality of groups of content to the client; storing other groups of content in the plurality of groups of content; and in response to receiving a second request comprising the user identifier for the content from the client, transmitting a second group of content in the stored other groups of content to the client. Therefore, the efficiency of content transmission is improved.
