The clutch mechanism may be configured to transmit the rotation from the rotation transmitting mechanism to the brush attaching member when the brush attaching member is at the adjacent position and cut off transmission of the rotation from the rotation transmitting mechanism to the brush attaching member when the brush attaching member is at the distant position.
