Abstract: An electric motor has a stator positioned lengthwise within and fixed to a case. The stator has a stator core, a coil wound around a tooth extending from the stator core, and an insulating member attached to the stator core wherein the insulating member is configured to insulate the coil from the stator core. A wire holding part extends from the insulating member to hold a wire within an outer diameter of the insulating member. A rotor is positioned lengthwise along an inner circumference of the stator wherein the rotor is configured to rotate about a motor axis extending lengthwise across the electric motor.
