Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for use in facilitating messages. An exemplary method includes receiving a first electronic message including an instruction from a first user and specific to a first user account, where the instruction is directed to a second user account of a second user, and transmitting a second electronic message including the instruction associated with the second user account. In response, the second user account is adjusted consistent with the instruction. The method also includes determining whether the instruction satisfies one or more parameters and then, in response to the instruction satisfying the one or more parameters, compiling and transmitting a third electronic message including a hold instruction, whereby the second user account is adjusted to include a hold feature consistent with the hold instruction.
