摘要： A clipboard includes at least one hinge connection having first and second coupling members. The first member has an end portion bent over flush against itself to form an outwardly facing rounded bearing surface and an inwardly facing butt-end, and the second member has an inwardly facing dimple formed in a portion thereof and defining an oppositely facing projection. The dimple receives the rounded bearing surface, which is retained within the dimple by a split-tube having a first edge retained by the butt-end and a second edge retained by the projection.
