Abstract: A rollable device for occluding an opening of a residential building, includes a frame mounted in the opening and provided with at least two lateral guiding slides with a U-shaped cross-section, in order to define a general closure plane, and a set of transverse slats hinging relative to each other in pairs by the respective longitudinal edges thereof, the slats sliding within the two slides between a first inactive raised position in which the slats are wound about an upper transverse axis and a second active lowered position in which the slats are unwound and form an apron for closing the opening. The cross-section of the lateral slides is greater than the thickness of the slats and in the second active lowered position, the slats adopt a vertical accordion configuration in the lateral slides and form, relative to each other in pairs, an angle other than 180°.
