摘要： The present invention provides a pharmaceutical carrier and a drug structure using the carrier. The drug of the present invention comprises particular contents of chitosan, a negatively charged polymer, sodium tripolyphosphate, and an active ingredient, which combine with each other via electrostatic attraction. The drug structure has better release property and longer retention time; therefore overcomes the current drawbacks of the conventional treatment.
