Abstract: The subject matter discloses a grasper, comprising a grasping element at a distal end of the grasper; wherein the grasping element is configurable to at least a narrow state having a narrow cross-section, and at least an expanded state having an expanded cross-section; wherein the grasping element configured in the narrow state is insertable through an incision or narrow orifice into a body; wherein the grasping element configured in the expanded state has an increased grasping surface; and wherein the grasping element is configurable from the narrow state to the expanded state after insertion into the body.
