摘要： A system includes a transport container, a delivery management server, and a delivery vehicle. The transport container includes a secure space for holding an item. The delivery management server includes a delivery platform communication interface, a condition detection interface, a rules engine, and a transmission system. The delivery platform communication interface is configured to receive a delivery order for the transport container that includes instructions to defer a delivery operation until a specified condition is satisfied. The rules engine is configured to, responsive to determining that the specified condition is satisfied, generate a command to execute the delivery operation. The transmission system is for transmitting the command to a delivery vehicle. The delivery vehicle includes a vehicle communication interface and an electromechanical interface. The vehicle communication interface is configured to receive the command. The electromechanical interface configured to couple or decouple the transport container with the delivery vehicle.
